I posted this complaint on Hellopeter regarding PF not responding to my 4 month old request to cancel my debit order. NEVER mentioned cancelling contract and this is the ridiculous reply they then post on Hellopeter.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY DEBIT ORDER NOT THE CONTRACT. PLEASE READ PROPERLY AND THEN RESPOND.
Have tried unsuccessfully for 4 months to cancel PF debit order after they started taking different amounts and on different days. Bank fees incurred on this. PF try up to 3 times same day to debit. No one at Planet Fitness can tell me how to cancel. Bank can't do it. Both bank and PF employees tell me this is an on-going problem with other PF customers. Emailed 6 letters to PF without single reply. It was made easy by PF to open their debit order but impossible to cancel it. Where to next??

The contract can be cancelled by sending a cancellation letter request to [Email Removed] and a one months notice will be applicable.
Please note that the contract will only fully terminate if the membership is on a zero
