I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP

I joined the GYM last year and i want to cancel without paying any penalty. They gave two options in order to have my cancellation done. Optiion one: Pay 50% of the remaining 24 months and option 2: find someone who want to join the GYM.

This clause was not communicated to me when i joined. Please help cancel this contract.
