I called Virgin active Vodaworld to inquire on tonight program and Grace Makosholo answered the phone. she was so thorough in trying to understand my inquiry and though she didn't have an answer for me, she promised to go around and the info for me and come to me in 5 minutes and she surely did!

Such great attitude should be acknowledged as people to more to complain.
