In 2011 my client signed a contract with Planet Fitness. The Consultant told her and het friend that in 6 months after signature of contract if they are not happy, they can cancel the contract. These consultant then sexualy harras my client. After complaining about this, my client had to go and see Mrs Bosch and Mr Mark (don't know his surname) then filled in a cancellation form of her contract, with immediate effect. We kept on sending correspondence to Mrs Bosch (which we have proof of) with no respond from her. Planet Fitness keep on deducting money from her account, they try Legal action as well. Untill now they said the balance is R 5000 - 00 outstanding which my client pays R 100 per month because to keep the Attorneys of her back. Yesterday they informed her that the balance is nor R 9 000 - 00 and her contract with Planet Fitness only expires in 2014. I need this contract with the cancellation contract signed through Mark, and I no longer going to pay any further amount to Planet Fitness. I need an explanation, for which I will head for the National Credit Act and make Planet Fitness to give all my monies paid back to my client.
