I cant believe the pathetic services of Planet Fitness (Walmer, Port Elizabeth). I have been debited two months in a row after I cancelled my contract. I cancelled my contract according to the Annual renewal notice I received. Once the debit order went off incorrectly I called planet Fitness Just to be told that the email address stated on the notice I received is not operational anymore. After an email from the Front desk manager stating that my cancellation & refund has been processed they went and debited my account again. How pathetic and incompetent of the staff working for Planet Fitness. I have never come across a company where only one person in the whole place can give feedback on an query. Managers read my emails and don't even reply. I have asked for a cancellation reference because this is the only way head office can help me and after two days, they still can't even give me that. Till today nobody has even once apologized. This must be because they get complaints so many times, there isn't even any answers to give. I am so off and irritated by people who cant do their job.
