I signed up for the Discovery Vitality pay once off at the gym and no monthly instalments. I was told when i signed up that this was my contract and if i move to another gym that i would need to sign up again and pay again. Since then i moved to Ballito and have not used the gym - thinking that i have paid my once off fee there was no need for me to cancel any membership. After contacting the gym they told me i was signed up for 80% and now it has automatically changed to 50% - this money has been taken off my account for over a year and they refuse to pay it back
