Every 3 months Discovery Vitality try to cancel my Virgin Active membership. You must got to gym at least 3 times a month, which I do and have proof them wrong every time. My girlfriend and I am going at the same time but her membership is never in questioned, nor is never cancelled and we are going together to the gym, thus the same amount of times apply for both us? On the last query the Virgin Active agent told me that it is happening a lot that Discovery Vitality is trying to cancel membership of Virgin active's members. This is a money making ploy to be the members to repay the joining fee. I am very upset as Discovery Medical aid do not want to pay for services that they have authorized, I am going to the Dispute council. Furthermore my Discovery life policy is overcharging me and drag there feet to correct the premium but is quick to phone or sent e-mail if your premium is late. Discovery group.
