I have recently moved to JHB from EL and my Virgin Active Gym membership was frozen which I have requested to open up again and just advised the consultant that I have moved.
He advised that I will now have to pay R475 pm because of this which I think is unacceptable. I have not given the go ahead as I signed a contract for R399.00 and don't see why I must pay more now
I did advise him that the gentleman that signed me up right at the beginning was aware I intended to move and assured me no extra costs/fees were involved.
There seems to be a huge miscommunication between Virgin Active consultants and clients.
