Late responses, mistakes that cost me money!!

I signed up for Discovery Life so that I could get my Discovery Vitality as I use enjoy the benefits and needed life cover. I realised after two months that Discovery had forgotten to activate my Vitality and thus Virgin active were deducting R549 instead of R108. After almost 2 months of fighting with the broker and/or Discovery, and absolutely no apologies for taking my money I am then told that my gym account has been credited with R837 which is firstly the incorrect amount and secondly NOT what I asked for. I then get the back dated Vitality debited from my account with NO warning, and to make matters worse they deduct 3 months instead of 2!! One of the many problems with this situation is that I want to cancel my gym membership thus I do not want MY R882 R155 to be on account there as that is useless to me. I am furious and will never make use of Discovery or OptimumGroup ever again.
