I KNEW IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE

My 2 year contract with virgin active expired in Jan this year and i gave them 30 days notice before the 24 months passed, thereafter i was contacted by Craig of virgin active who advised me that he will offer me that4 months of free membership at the gym under no obligation. Before 4 months expires if i don't tell them that i want to continue then they will automacillay remove me as a member.

I was overwhelmed at this offer and obviously took it

After 2 months at the end of may they debtied me R539, when i contacted them and told them i was offered 4 months free they told me that gym did not advise them, they then returned my money into my account.

This month when i looked at my statement i was shocked to see another R539 debiTed, i did not authorized them to debit any money as when i contacted them in may i told them they must cancel me after the end4 months being end June.

This is bad service from virgin active.
