I WANT MY MONEY!!!

My contract with Virgin Active in Lower Long Street had expired and i informed that i would not be renewing the contract.. Saadiqah Osman (The manager) called me to ask my reasons which i explained to her.. she then asked me to come to the gym as she had something to offer me.. She sat me down and offered to Freeze my membership, she said i would have access to the gym for another 4 months and there after she would call me and i would need to tell her if i'd like to return to Virgin Active OR if i would like to continue at the other gym.

She said this would not cost anything and she does it generally as in her experience she's seen people who leave and come back to the gym as they aren't happy once leaving, she said it would save time.. Saadiqah also said that NO money would come off my account during this period!!

On the 1st of this month i was debited by Virgin Active and now I have to run around to get my money, i heard midweek last week that it was forwarded to admin and it would be sorted out, i told them this was an urgent matter and nothing has been done.. Im tired of empty promises and I WANT MY MONEY!!
