No service and still taking premiums

The Cobble walk branch was closed due to a fire that broke out one evening. We were told we have the option of going to any other branch which is fantastic. I however, am a 70 year old lady that lives very close to Cobble Walk and too far from the other branches. I have asked the gym to stop my debit orders until they reopen and then simply continue with my membership. The premiums have since March still been going off, this morning my daughter got an email saying that a "freezing" fee of R125 will still be going off this month (my premium is R200). When trying to call the lady dealing with it "Chantel" in JHB the phone rang off the hook, I then asked to speak to her senior "Yolandi" and the phone rang off the hook, after holding on for 7 minute from Cape Town to JHB I asked the receptionist who Yolandi's boss is and was told it was the CEO Rori. I asked to then speak to him but was told he is out on business. Then I asked who handles the affairs if no-one is available she said she can take a message. I have left countless messages for Samantha who dealt with this case initially and never ever got a call back. I will never support you again Rori. Close my membership! Marie Wilson
