Debit goes of when no membe

I would love that virgin active please explain what the they think they are doing, I was a member with the gym for a year then when the year was done about 4 months ago I cancelled my membership on time and was assured that no debits will go off in the future as I cancelled my contract, well today I see they out of the blue with no permission debit my account for R509 and I have not been a member there for months, the worst part is, I always keep enough money in my account that my other debits can go off, because of this virgin debit, some of my accounts jumped and I must now pay for it, I want virgin active to repay my money and take me off their system or this will only be the beginning, how can yo just take money from ppl when they not at your gym or want to be at your gym THAT IS, I WANT MY REFUND BY MONDAY.
