Trying to sort my account

I am trying since last week to get my account sorted, due to the amalgamation of Virgin with Multiply. Oct? November I have asked Vitality to put my acc on hold due to the fact that I am working since then 4 months overseas and two months back, which seems to be not a problem.

When I came back i heard that theres no vitality anymore but Multiply!! I saw that there was a amount of R1300 that was outstanding on my Virgin due to cancellation of Vitality that I did not do... and eversince I am running between Virgin and Multiply... I am so sick, sick sick there are no other word for your service, I HAVE BEEN TO FAERIE GLEN last week on the phone for hours, I am on the phone since 8 o Clock this morning its now 11.30 and still nothing has happend!!! I have spoken to many people everybody has a different story!!!

I HAD IT KNOW - I WANT MY GYM CANCELLED AS WITH YOU TODAY - DO NOT EVEN PHONE ME!!!
