Failure to Convert to Multiply

I was a Vitality member who was forced to move to Multiply as Bankmed had a mind change. I submitted my application with Multiply in December and was a registered member with a Multiply client number before the new year started. The next challenge was to give Virgin my new multiply number but unfortunately they said they cant do it at there clubs I have to phone the call centre. After numerous attempts of not coming through I gave up. A friend of mine said he got through and they said they will phone all the people on the multiply list to register your number. Until today I have not managed to get through to Virgin and as such they have deducted the whole membership fee amount for January. This is totally unexceptable as the problem with Virgin and not with me as I was unable to supply them my Multiply number! I cant understand why I was not able to give my multiply number to a consultant at the gym itself and who the I was unable to get through to any consultant at the call centre.

I want the my portion of the discount refunded to me!!!
