Vitality to Multiply Conversion

In december Bankmed announced that their Vitality partnership was being terminated. That left all Virgin Active members on Vitality through BankMed out in the cold. The conversion process to Momentum's Multiply was supposed to be seamless. Untill it came to Virgin Active. I tried doing it in person at my gym, but I was informed that the conversion had to go through head office. Fat chance. Head office never answers the phone and if by some miracle, after 10 minutes of terrible music, they do, they promise to have a sales rep call you back, after which they NEVER do. It's been two months now since I've been trying to get Virgin Active to apply my Multiply membership to my gym contract to no avail, and I've now, two hours ago, paid my second full gym membership fee when I would have saved about R300 each time if the call centre had actually performed its function. If I were a conspiracy theorist, I would say that they're banking off of ignoring us new Multiply members.
