Conversion of Gym membership to Multiply

I joined Multiply via my medical aid Bankmed through Absa after they terminated their contract with Vitality. I had joined Gledvista Virgin Active via my Vitality membership. We were promised a smooth transaction moving from Vitality to Multiply. So far I thought everything went well after I registered only to learn that it wasnt that easy. I have been struggling to convert my gym membership to Multiply. I was first told by Virgin Active that Multiply have not put me on the active list even though I registered with them end of November. Now I'm left with a problem of Virgin having debited an amount of R1300 from my account. After calling both Multiply and Virgin Active no one has committed to helping me sort this problem out. My worry is that the same thing will happen on the next debit date and they take far too long to resolve or refund me. Please can Multiply stand by their word of smooth transaction and help me solve this. Failing which I might as well go back to Vitality and bring back my gym membership to Vitality for peace of mind. This is unacceptable and annoying. No one has money to play with by Virgin Active and Multiply utter incompetence. Sort this out please.
