No equipment/space but Virgin continues to sign

Virgin Active, Richards Bay has got to have the least equipment and poorly maintained facititys of all the gyms I have attended.

I complained via the Virgin website on the 10/01/2013, about the Aircons not working, lack of equipment and the state of this gym when compared to others.

The reply I received was that the aircon needed regassing, which in my opionion was a lie, as somebody complained a week before and received the same answer. The lack of the equipment was put down to the other gyms being regarded as "flagship" branches.

I swam last Thursday morning, and that was unpleasent. Something needs to be done about the swimming classes during peak times. Why cant they swim after school and be out before 4? Why do they choose peak times? These classes take up most of the lanes, most of the time, leaving the outer current lanes for the rest.

Lets discuss the great selection of weights Richards Bay offers. The smaller more common weights, only has 2 sets. The 12, 16 and 17kgs there is only 1 set available, are more weights also only reserved for "flagship" branches?

Please could you release your Richards Bay active member count, the gym is crowed.
