I have had numerous issues with my debit orders being submitted by Planet Fitness from my bank account. I have agreed to pay the outstanding amounts as well as for my contract to be extended as I was informed by Planet Fitness that the issue occurred due to me providing the incorrect bank details. I have since faxed through my bank statements to provide Planet Fitness with my bank details and I was assured that my payments will be deducted via debit order from November after I made a manual payment in October. November came and no debit order for Planet Fitness has gone off my banking account. Instead I received a phone call from the Planet Fitness call center informing me of my arrears. I requested the Planet Fitness bank details from Roxanne at Parklands club who showed no compassion for my situation or apology. She simply provided me with the bank details. I have since paid this via Internet transfer and will do so from now on. I would like to know what Planet Fitness is doing from their side to show compensation as I have done everything possible from my side and took all the blame and responsibility thus far.
