Planet Fitness is busy their current loyal clients, I wasnt told when my contract expired but had to enquire and when it did in August 2012, the gym said i was put on a month to month basis with my contact and had to only come in and speak to a consultant to end the contract. I phoned the rosebank branch to try to end my contract and was told it was renewed till August 2013. Now I wasn't told about this and did authorise anything!!! If anything was in my contract i wasn't told about it on first signing! The Service i am recieving is appalling and i would like to move clubs but no one will assist me from Planet Fitness. I refuse to pay an exit fee for a contract i didn't agree to!
