Contract forced, debit order increased unannounced

Good day,

At the end of 2102 I was looking at joining the gym. I visited Planet Fitness, with the intention to join as main member on my Discovery Vitality. Through the process we discovered a problem with my Vitality as I was still seen as a dependent and not a main member, I informed Planet Fitness of this problem and filled out documentation to no longer go forward with the membership, as I simply can not afford the normal rate.

It is now April, the debit order has gone down 4 times from my bank account now, for a membership that I stopped before it started AND the debit order has increased last month and AGAIN this month.

This is unacceptable. Should Planet Fitness have handled the whole situation differently I would even have considered trying to make a plan to become a member there, but with ignorant and arrogant management (I spoke to a Jean/Jeandre when I went in) and no respect for humanity, this certainly is not a gym that I would like to belong to!!!

I would like Planet Fitness to pay back the money for the 4 debit orders that they have taken and stop any future debit orders with immediate effect.
