Continuous debit of non-existent membership

Sep 2012 I went to Planet Fitness Bedford Centre and 2 sales consultants assisted me in membership application. I was then supposed to call my medical aid who advised me I could not gym with Planet Fitness since I am not a Vitality member but a Keyfit member to which I am surprised they didn''t verify and assumed I would qualify for this gym package. The sales consultants Edgar and David asked me to submit a cancellation letter to which they confirmed it was okay to submit the following day. When I submitted on the following day, they told me I was a day late on making cancellation so I have to pay the R415 per month for late submission of cancellation. No one gets back to you from this gym yet my money is being debited every single month. It is frustrating and it is giving me a bad record cos I have to run to the bank every month to reverse their debit. I am suffering for the incompetency of their own sales people who misinformed me and they can't take responsibility. Please fix this!
