CANCELLATION FEE NOT CLEARLY STIPULATED

Started membership on 7 Jan 2013. When I signed the contract the consultant clearly stated that we could change my contract (duration) since I never wanted to stay on a 2 year contract. This was only for the duration that I went on Disc. Vital.(Info also incorrect) The consultant didn't clearly stipulate a 30% cancellation fee (also not in contract). This was the first time I heard about the 30% which is R2070. According to the head office that is the arrangement with CPA. That was not stated when I signed my contract. When I made an appointment again with the consultant (him and manager). He did not show for the meeting. I had to go to at least 3 consultants the past week to sort out this issue. And still all they can do for me it to freeze my account, but pay monthly a certain amount. After a year it will also be approximately R2070 when paid off. Unacceptable. I am willing to pay a cancellation fee, because that is said in my contract, but not 30% since I was not aware of this fact. Marilize Nel
