I have used the contact form online a few times without any response. I have tried to email the address from where my statement comes with no response. I have phoned the customer service telephone number and I get a voice recording which mentions [Email Removed] I have tried to phone my branch and I cannot get through to anyone. I tried to email [Email Removed] and I get an automated response which tells me to use the online contact form. This customer service is absolutely pathetic! I just want to contact Planet Fitness. How hard can it be?
