I have been trying to sort out issues with my account for the last 5 months. I have used the websites 'contact us' page where details are filled in and they are supposed to phone you back. All I received was an email requesting my id number. No further response was received. I have phoned countless times only to have to leave a message for someone to call me back, which has not happened. Planet fitness are all to eager to phone and harrass you when you are thinking of joining up, but as soon as you are a member and have a query, no one is interested. This is RIDICULOUS!!! I'm ready to move to Virgin Active.
