I am not big on complaining but this is ridiculous of such a large company. I want to cancel my gym contract and was told at the Hennops branch I should contact head office for a cancellation amount. I have tried calling a number of times, the call centre just directs my call to a automated machine that leaves me on hold for 30min plus. I have sent an email every day twice a day to [Email Removed] but no response. Really guys? I just want my cancellation amount. Please improve on your customer service Dept. this isn't the first time I have had trouble talking to planet fitness about an account related matter.
