I would just like to note here once and for all what poor and pathetic service Planet fitness as a whole gives in Cape Town.

All there contact methods. They give you an email address that cannot be contacted they give phone numbers that no one ever answers and don't even get me started on there poor web site that says contact us but i swear to you now no one ever reads. If you have no other way of contacting your branches besides this poor web site as your email address is and the number you give us is even worse, I expect a immediate reply via email or phone call not to wait days for some help desk to finally get to it.

I am a VERY unsatisfied customer and i wish nothing more to terminate my business with you guys

I know no one care as there's 1000s of unanswered hello peter complaints already.

I mean what are the chances if i cant even contact you that you will contact me because of this post.

But trust me people GIVE PLANET FITNESS A MISS.
