How do you deal with a company when you can't get hold of anyone?
I've tried emailing [Email Removed] twice, no response.
I've tried emailing [Email Removed] the email no longer exists.
I've tried phoning (011) 327 0606, no answer.
I've tried using the Contact Us form on the website, but it literally took 3 months for someone to get back to me.
I was specifically told to contact Customer Services by my club because the club couldn't address my query. So now what?
