I signed up for a 12 month contract with Planet Fitness in Soneike, Kuilsriver. My contract reached its deadline in Feb this year (2013) I did not wish to renew or continue with the contract so I emailed the address given on the contract: [Email Removed] to which i got no response. I then emailed [Email Removed] I called the gym & the lady informed me that my acc was still active. I then requested who I can speak to for some sort of response. Who else do i contact when this all doesnt work?
I was given the woman who deals with cancellations, so i mailed her and the club's managers and low and behold I received an sms showing my account has been debited again!! The 3rd month after I cancelled my membership.
The service is disgusting, they were very helpful when I signed up & now I dont even get the respect of getting a response.
I will be taking this further because I am extreemly, extreemly annoyed. I want my money re-imbursed as this is unacceptable. I will not settle for anything else.
