My contract ended June 2011 - OVER 2 YEARS AGO!! I never received any calls, emails or smses stating that I still own planet fitness any money- without my consent they handed me over to SAYA- myself and other customers have been told to contact SAYA but the ISSUE IS THAT PLANET FITNESS DOESN'T CONTACT THE CUSTOMER BEFORE HAND.(oh by the way you owe us this amount of money) It is absolutely pathetic that Planet Fitness won't deal with how this matter is being handled- you have given a lot of customers a bad credit record because of your lack of COMMUNICATION!!
