Coffee machine (Delonghi Magnifica) was taken to Boardmans at East Rand Mall to be sent in to their servicing/repair provider in order to have machine repaired. We handed the machine in on the last week of February 13. We made several calls to follow up on the machine as it was taking very long to be repaired... finally we received a call from Boardmans at East Rand Mall to advise that the machine was ready to be collected on the 3rd April at a cost of R 475.00. We collected the coffee machine on the day, brought it to the office and at the first attempt, the machine was not working. We have called Boardmans several times since the 3rd April and they keep saying that the Repair Company will collect the machine from us... well nothing has been collected, there has been no follow up... such bad service! The Coffee Machine purchased from them at a cost of R7 999.99 - with no after service at all... we are very unhappy!
