On 18 april - I was purchasing a clothing item and used my credit card to pay.
The teller asked me cheque or savings, and I said credit card.
He tried the transaction twice, and both times it failed saying "insufficient funds".
He then transferred me to another teller, and the lady was able to complete the transaction on another card machine.
I now have 2 declined authorization fees on my credit card.
According to FNB, the first teller loading the transaction as budget instead of straight. I wasnt even asked, and now I need to pay for the teller's mistakes.
