I have a fancy italian pod coffee machine which would not take a caffelux pod. caffelux arranged for my machine to be collected and a slight adjustment was made to ensure that the machine worked perfectly - (I live in Mossel Bay) and within 3 days my machine was returned to me working beautifully. I was astounded as well to receive a generous complimentary gift of assorted coffee pods. Wonderful service from the charming and helpful Calvin C. Such excellent service deserves all the kudos especially when the machine wasnt even their product. Love Caffelux and will never use anything else now... keep up the excellent work.
