We took our Breville coffee machine in to @Home on the 8th January. It needed an new water tank and we asked for it to be serviced. After many, many phone calls we finally got our machine back just over a week ago. When we put it together, the machine seeped water out of the electrical socket (! ) and made a terrible noise we we tried to use it and it just didn't work. It was in a much worse condition that we sent it in, as a matter of fact.
We took it straight back. The lady who helped us, Pinkie, said that she personally tested the machine and it was fine. However, she would sent it back and make sure it took less than a week. Well, no surprise then, that 2 weeks later we still have no coffee machine and I am still having to constantly call the store to find out what is going on. Every time an assistant says they will call back, never does.
I find this so unprofessional, not to mention frustrating. The machine gets sent to Bedfordview, for heavens sake, not back to Australia!!! Surely this cannot be very hard to do in an acceptable time frame!!!
I have already told three of my friends NOT to purchase their coffee machines there.
