I purchased a bosch tes 506 coffee machine in June, three months later the milk frother nozzle blew off while making coffee, I booked the machine in on a Tuesday and it took the local rep 4 days to come and assess the damage, which she reported was my fault, now if I had damaged the machine I would gladly pay for the repairs. But fortunately I did not damage the machine and now I was told I am liable for the repair bill. I hope bosch resolve this issue. When the rep decides to do anything about it!
