We bought a Latissimo Machine at the end of January from Dion.By mid March, we had a failure with the milk frother and took the machine in for repairs. It came back last week and upon getting home, i wished to make a cup of coffee, only to find a problem with the milk again. I took the machine in this morning and whilst looking for a loan machine, Leigh-Ann came out with a gentleman whom i can only assume was the manager and instead of taking the machine in for repairs, they REPLACED it with a brand new machine. I am absolutely blown away at this notion and so impressed and gratefull for such wonderful service. Keep this service and attitude up and you will have a fan base that grows exponentially.
