I will never ever forget how badly I was treated by a sales lady with a bad attitude. My only crime was to fit an earring not knowing that it's an unethical to do so but I felt humiliated being shouted and forced to buy the earrings or whether is it because of my pigmentation? The lady made a point that I will be arrested by calling security while urging my case to her and everyone was staring at me as if I something. As a customer I felt humiliated and end up paying the earrings because of a pressure I was subjected to. I hope and wish she does not portray that kind of attitude towards customers otherwise they will lose a number of valuable customers because of her.
As matter of fact they can consider me as non-customer from now am done with Truworths, and hoping that Foschini group can send her to a training course of customer orientation.
