Bought a diningroom suite at Game and assembled it on Sunday only to find a damaged chair. Called in immediately and was called back on Monday to say that the replacement would be delivered Wednesday. No delivery took place but got no call from Game either to explain anything, apologise or arrange for a different delivery date. Getting service at Game is like asking them to walk on water. As long as they have quantity they don't care about the quality. Shame on you Game.
