We bought a chair from Game a year ago for R1999.99. Two months ago the guarantee expired and the chair started ripping in the arm rests.
After phoning Game and explaining our dilemma, a woman told us to bring it in (which was already a feat as the chair owner is an elderly woman and her support system has only women without bakkies on hand).
After bringing the chair in, we got told that they cannot exchange the chair, which is fair. However, we did expect that Game would repair it, but we were denied this.
How is it that we cannot even get the chair repaired? Must we buy a new chair every year? What are these people thinking?
I do not appreciate how Game treated us, and would like to let others know not to buy their second-rate goods, as if they break, they will not even repair their (R2000) product for you.
