Extended Warranty

I have spoken to game (Vinolia) concerning the repair of the fridge and the damage, she told me the extended warranty department refuses to pay for the replacement of the fridge. I spoke to Joleen from extended warranty she told me that they will not replace the fridge as they have already paid a lot of money to repair it. She told me that they will take the fridge again for repairs, of which I refused since as it stands they are blaming each other (GAME AND EXTENDED WARRANTY) for the damage on the fridge no one wants to take responsibility. She said she never received any email concerning the damages the store is responsible. I cannot be caught in between Game and their Extended warranty. I have a malfunctioning fridge which I bought at game for R10 000 cash and I bought extended warranty that was sold to me by a Game employee and it was taken for repairs by game employees and was returned to me damaged by game employees. Now they are failing to resolve the issue with concerning the extended warranty and the damage on the fridge. I think its time Game lived up to their slogan "you always win at game" but in my case I am loosing. Game are you really living up to your values.
