We brought a new washing machine & t/dryer on Wed 30/10. We paid our R300 delivery fee & arranged delivery for the following day. I received a call from Game on 31/10 at 16:00 asking me if I was home & confirming that the truck was leaving with my stock & would be delivered shortly.By 19:00 no one had arrived. Neither myself nor my husband received a call during this time advising us that the delivery truck would not arrive. At 19:10 we called the number on the invoice & were rudely told "our delivery guys knock off at 17:00". Please bear in mind that I had to arrange my entire life around this delivery & had to inconvenience quite a number of people to fetch and carry my kids only to realise that I could have done everything my self had I just been told that the delivery would not be taking place. On Friday morning WE had to call and follow up with Game. We were promised delivery before 12:00 as this is what was convenient for us. After no delivery before 12:00, another call needed to be made as well as needing to arrange our domestic to "work late". Our delivery arrived at 13:00. No follow up call from Game, no apology... Nothing but down right bad service and bad attitude!
