Yet again cheap game quality from Game, this has to be the 3rd or 4th office chair I have bought from game that has broken in the exact same place, conveniently just outside warranty too.
Bought a very nice looking office chair just over a year ago and today I find myself lying on the floor once again with a broken center pole. I never every lean on it, the lean lever or whatever its called is always locked, was not even a month after getting the chair that the 1 arm broke and I could not find the slip, besides I actually preferred them without it was was not too worried.
Now I have to go buy another chair, obviously from a another shop as games quality, or should lack their of can most certainly not be trusted.
Just another feather in the cap of Games uselessness, still remember the day I bought it, took 45min to get the chair because the woman who went to fetch one vanished, had to ask someone else to go get it.
I am truly amazed that Dion and Game are owned by the same parent, the differences in servie levels are infinitely different, staff are friendly and helpful, know what the doing and go out of their way to help you, game goes out of their way to avoid you.
