On Thursday 26/12/2013 I went to game to purchase a refrigerator. The salesman there guaranteed me delivery on Friday, which is what I needed as I was moving house and needed the refrigerator urgently. On Friday I called the store at 1pm to ask what time it would be delivered and the salesman said he will check and call me back within ten minutes - I am still waiting for his call. I called back at 3pm only to find out that the salesman is now on lunch. I spoke to a manager and he said that he will call me back. His call back was to inform me that it wont be delivered on that day due to a mix up on their side. I explained that I need it the same day as I had moved and now have foodstuff that is going off. He said that he will try to get it to me the same day. At 6pm I receive a sms from game saying that the delivery person will contact me shortly. My refrigerator finally arrives at 8pm. The person that's delivering is alone in the vehicle and there is nobody to get it off the truck. I have to go look for strangers on the roadside to get it off the truck! Not a single call from game to apologise for anything. Game Amanzimtoti seems to be very inefficient in their dealings! Pathetic
