Saturday at Game - Tygervalley, one of the staff (wasnt cleaned and smelled) help us selling 2 Raleigh bikes that was on promotion. When selling it was promised to assembled it, and will be ready in 2 hours time. When we got there after 5 hours it wasn't assembled as promised and had the excuse of didnt have time - and did us a favour not really his work. Manager where called and just said we need to come back. Well we stay 70 kilos away from mall. Explained that to them when spoked to them at the first place . with a lot of attitude I excisted of seeing someone that is really encharged. Well with attitude - they said they will assembled it and leave bikes at security for us.when bikes was fetch we've shown security that bikes is not assembled right and bikes is damaged. Sunday i phone very upset - We took bikes back very unsatisfied - and then after a big fight they assembled 2 new ones. Im very unhappy they way they treated ths situation - what about our cunsumer rights?
