On saturday the 13 april 2013 I bought 5kgs of silverside roast from tygervalley pick n pay, which was for my biltong business. The purchase i make every week. When i returned home i found 2 pieces was off. I took it back the following day. The same person who cut the meat the previous day helped me upon my arrival at the shop. He was very unapoligetic and dissmisive towards the situation. I didnt point out the fact that the previous week he had cut the pieces horribly to big leaving me to recut the meat when i got home. He is a different blockman to the older afrikaans gentleman who helped me the previous two times. I personally feel that our weekly buys offer valid bussiness oppurtunities to pnp and therefore i would appreciate better customer care and better service at the butchery if they intend changing staff i would appreciate someone adequate who doesnt ask me to explain whats wrong with the meat but instead can see that it is off coloured and smells different. Thank you
