Bad attitude towards customers

I just want take this opportunity to express my customer feelings onto this staff at U Save in Delft Main Road. Last month I tried to take a Essentails 1.7L Cordless Kettle that i giving me problems for the last fee months now as it don't want to switch on you have first fight with the kettle switch to get it switch on. I took the kettle back last month and then they tell me that they no longer sell this kettle and they are unable to return it because the price have change and we have to pay a extra pay in fee and they don't have that make. So this also ways the issue with this store as they refuse take or exchange the goods and when you exchange then the staff at that store have attitude problem with their customer. I really want does it cost for a customer to exchange goods that is faulty and is a manufacture problem and that have electrical issues so then Shoprite 1st want to let my house burn done due to a kettle that don't want to switch off or on. All I want is for this kettle to be exchange and that this staff at this store change that store as I also worked at a Shoprite in KLoof Street under the Manager Mrs Busby many moons back really they need some customer centricity
