Bought a kettle and stove on the 15/05/2013 and the slip for the items was attached to the stove 's box, and the cashier wrote inside the box of the kettle the date of purchase her employee number and signature. The kettle is faulty - do not switch off. the stove's box were taken to Cape Town. On Saturday the 25/01/2014 I went to U Save in Korsten PE to change the kettle (Essential) but the front end supervisor refused because there is no slip. Can you please assist?
