No support available no telephone number that works to phone

I've got wifi installed by Octotel for RSAWEB, but I want to talk to somebody in connection with my account, as every month there is an increase and I don't know why.

I want to cancel RSAWEB as my service provider as there is no service, no telephone that is in working order. I want to talk to somebody in connection with my account. I am not going to pay every month and I don't know why the increase. I want it settled and to cancel it, and I want to get a service provider that is available always.
