UBER
Funds deducted from my account for a cancelled ride

I requested a ride, uber deducted money from my account at the same time, the was no driver to accept the ride for over 15 minutes, had to cancel the ride.but the amount taken from my account was never returned upto today it has been 3days now and cant even get hold of uber support
