Can you believe that I have went to the store for almost every weekend at the end of last year to sort out my complaint and the lady was always busy or not their to deal with my complaint, the call centre agents keep calling me telling me to pay my account, how can I pay something that i do not have the benefit of using. Our Television is now also in for repairs can you believe it they told us it would take a week for repairs to fix the TV and yet I am still waiting for my TV and also sitting with a robe that is in such a poor condition, please who will pay Goods that you cant have the benefit of using it.
I am really not happy with the services that I am getting as the lady from the silverton Branch told me that she will call me back after I have called in more than once which also never happened.
They told me they will do a re-write and I am still waiting for any response from them.
Really bad service.
